About the credit card info, I don't think so if you are paying with convenient store.
An Izakaya is basically a drinking restaurant, everyone sits in private booths/rooms with touch button service and order many different sharing dishes and drink all night. Good time.
Importing cars in a completely different topic, you will have to google that, mates of mine have done it and succeeded / said it was cheap!
