| This is the most common question I get.
I dont know anywhere you can get tickets from overseas! It was something I was thinking of making, but never really got it all worked out.
Anyway, if you are coming from overseas and want to go to DREAM or K-1 (or Dynamite!), you could ask your hotel to get you the tikcets. They might be able to put it on your bill and arrange that.
If you are in Tokyo and want to experience some of the smaller shows, the best way to get tickets are at the Korakuen Hall. It is the easiest and ONLY place I know to buy tickets over the counter in Japan is in Korakuen Hall. The main advantage is that they will show you a seating chart and you can pick your seat from the tickets they have available! Great service, and for all shows in the Tokyo area.
It is in the Tokyo Dome area , in the "Blue Building" take the elevator to the 5th floor, when you get off the elevator go right. There is a counter there and they have people speaking English too! _________________ Sig bet record 1-1 (1NC) |

| So if you don't live in a hotel and want to see some of the big events, in this case Dream, where do you go? Can you buy tickets at 7/11 for example? Or do you have to go to the Korakuen Hall? |

I believe you can go to the venue of event, for eg. Saitama Super Arena. OR you can purchase online and pay at 7/11 if you don't have a credit card. |

Depends when you are going to get them. You can do it at convenience stors, then you need to speak Japanese. Or go to Korakuen hall. They stop selling 1 week out though, after that you need to line up at the arena._________________ Sig bet record 1-1 (1NC) |

Do it online bud, I would do it for you but first rule of the internet, never trust someone with your account details hahaha
You can get DREAM ticks on T-1, VIP = 100000Y you must be loaded haha. |

ok hang on, now I haven;t planned a trip to JPN yet as I want to secure VIP ticket to sengoku and DREAM.
If I can find both close to each other and I have time of around that time, can I hit you up via hotmail, skype or something like that and you can guide me. For example ''the top line is asking for this info'' and stuff like that
also does it say what you get for VIP for 100,000 and 70,000 yen ? |

DREAM VIP ticks cost about $1200 USD and you sit in the main bay down near the ring, you enter via private entrance (much quicker and shorter line and more organised) You also get some merchandise relevant to the event and will be sitting with fighters/famous Japanese people haha.
Not sure on Sengoku VIP details.
Basically if you are buying online it is really complex for foreigners, but easy for locals... The most common way is to register online (Japanese resident) and then pay at a 7/11 or other convenient store and the ticket gets sent to you.
You might have to do as said above, get your hotel to organise them, I assume you will stay in Nagoya.. Find a busy hotel and ask them to organise it for you. |

| Thank you my friend
I spoke to a company as well who said they can do it, now I never bought MMA tickets, as I was saying to this company, I will have to bookk a holiday where both events are very close to each other and both are in Tokyo.
I thought you have to do it well in advance but I dont know how much notive they give you when the event and the tickets go on sale as Sengoku are no selling their VIP one for their next event.
This is the reply from the company
For this website http://www.src-official.com/pc/ the next tournament is Sep 25 and there are very few VIP tickets left.
As for this website http://www.dreamofficial.com/ the next tournament is not until Oct 30 and they are not selling the tickets yet.
also do you think it would be better for me to do the 31st Dec tournament ? as it would be both tournaments combined into one but I would if the VIP might be 150,000 for example ? |

When you say December 31st Tournament, if you are talking about FEG's K-1 DYNAMITE, it is one of the best shows of the year, big New Years eve event and very popular in Japan, they have a few K-1 rules fights and a few DREAM rules fights, most matches are for entertainment purposes and are usually famous fighters, the event will probably be in either Tokyo or Osaka.
BUT
On the other hand, if you were to go and see a DREAM show AND a Sengoku show, you would see many more fights, all MMA.. and if you go to the right events, you could see title fights.
In my opinion, skip this DREAM (it is in Nagoya Sept 25) And plan for the next one (Most probably be in Tokyo) And then see what ever show is near that one, there will definitely be a SHOOTO gig on around the same time, SHOOTO is very good to go to, but not so VIP as SRC treatment.
And yeh, Dynamite VIP is more expensive I think, as it is a big crowd and good tickets would sell out. |

Hey mate,
The best way, will probably be for your mate to 'purchase' them which is kind of like booking the tickets, then you go to convenient store and pay for them, if you ask your mate I am sure he could help you out with that. I don't think they will deliver to your hotel unless your hotel actually purchased them on your behalf.
As far as I know, VIP does not give backstage access or afterparty access. You will have to find an after party yourself, given the fact that it is new years, there will be ALOT going on. VIP gives you great seats, no lines, good service and you will be sitting amongst fighters and celebs.
Many fighters do different things, some will go out with family and gym to an izakaya, when others may go out and hit the town with other fighters from or not from the particular event. I am not the best person to ask about the after parties for this particular... you will most probably meet some people and flow into something after the event either way.

May sound like wicked idea, but you will be crammed in confusing traffic for the duration of the trip! + expensive parking. BUT, I like your style man, wish I could join ya haha.
Hope I helped if at all mate,
Enjoy your time!! |
