You know I'm really getting disappointed in Bob Sapp, it's getting really hard to watch him lose so much lately after minowa, then soko, then in the Hong Kong fight, and now here in France...he definitely bit off way more than he could chew, five years ago he could have done it through sheer power, but with age and battle wear it taken its toll on the Beast...I honestly believe that he should just go back to what he began with and just bull rush his opponent and throw caution to the wind, he had better success fighting in that style than in his more orthodox style that he currently tries to use by feeling out the opponent and stuff. Still, I'll always be a Bob Sapp fan for life!

That wouldn't change a thing. People figured him out, he's no longer beating on smaller or shopworn fighters and it shows. Bob Sapp was never any good. He deserves his props for beating Hoost, but that's where it stops. And of course Hoost got caught off guard the first time and fought stupidly in the second fight. I was never a fan of Sapp or his antics so I'm relishing the news of another loss. Although he only shows up to collect a paycheck anyway.

I think you're forgetting his amazing armbar victory over Takayama

I can honestly say that its beginning to become a hazard. Bob has taken alot of beatings these last few years, who knows the toll its taken on his body. I would never want to take somebodies way to make a living but he cannot continue to take these beatings. I say hang up the gloves, bob made a good career out of his huge size when we have seen other big men fail.
